MINI CON NEWS!

I hope everyone is having a relaxing and fun filled Spring Break!

We have some big news to share with you all so please read this through. First, the Mini Con will not take place on the Norfolk Campus on April 29th, 2016 at 11:00 a.m to 5:30 p.m. This was due to a EMS scheduling mix up. The officers have spent the last two weeks working to solve the matter, but no dice. The Mini Con will go on as planned but to accomodate for the mix up we are working to host the Mini Con on the VA Beach Campus on April 29th, 2016 from 11:00 a.m to 5;30 p.m, as well as the Portsmouth and Norfolk Campus. Do not freak out about transportation. Getting to the Portsmouth Campus by bus is a 25 minute trip and if anyone needs a ride to the VA Beach Campus we have plently of members who would not mind giving you a lift. We are more concerned with preparation and the time we have to get everything 100% ready. So in conclusion:

1. Maids - I need you all to commit more time into practicing your dances (that includes myself). Also please practice your Japanese greetings. ("Okaerinaimase, Goshujin sama/Ojou sama") A group practice will be scheduled shortly.

2. Butlers - Please start and continue practicing your Japanese greeting, "Irasshaimase". Remember to bow first at a 95 to 90 degree angle and softly say your greeting.

3. Game Coordinators & Judges - I will update this in the next 7 days in coorespondence with the games selected for the tournaments. For now, please relax and be patient. :)

4. Floaters - Please stand by.

Again, do not worry. We are working very hard. Please continue to practice and prepare. We'll let you all know when we break ground! \(^_^=)/
