What's Your Size?

I hope everyone is enjoying thier labor day weekend, which for most of us is a whole four days. But of course we're all still slaving away at homework, so here is some good news!

The Anime Club is turning over a new leaf this semster. A new website, new habits, new ideas and new shirts. Yes, you read it right, NEW SHIRTS! (and by "new" I mean we've never had t-shirts before).

I am so excited because we've had many great ideas that we've had to let go and I am so happy this wasn't one of them! However, in order for this to become reality, we need your full name (first and last) and your t-shirt size. These *t-shirts will serve as group activity uniforms. During events we host, all members are required to wear these uniforms.

** Please note that your dues are essential to receiving your shirt. If we do not receive your dues by October 12th, 2015 at 6PM, you will not be able to receive your shirt and will not be able to attend meetings and take part in activities. Late dues will grant you membership, but you will not receive a T-shirt. If after the due date you would like to have a t-shirt, they will cost you an additional $5.00 and we will place the order at our earliest convenience.
