Hey guys!
The Officers have just caught word that we will be setting up for the Mini Con, tomorrow, May 7th at 9AM.
If you are planning on helping set up please arrive on sight at non later than 8:45AM.
Dress comfortably
Bring water and a snack
Stay with the group you are assigned unless advised otherwise.
Do not rush. We have plenty of time now that it's not set for the morning before the Mini Con.
All Officers must be present. No exceptions.
