Panelist Requirements

Panels must be original works made by the panelist.

Must provide your own laptop & charger.

Must submit Panel(s) to norfolkanimeinfo@gmail.com for approval no later that 30 days prior to the convention. If and when approved, fill out the form attached to the response email and submit.

Must adhere to all rules and regulations set by TCC in correspondance to nudity and sex suggested images. Ecchi is acceptable but please keep it to a minimum.
